Stephanie Ng is the Founder and Managing Partner of DS & Associates Limited, a premier-quality executive search firm committed to distinguished services.

Previously, Stephanie served as Technology Partner of Heidrick & Struggles, which she joined upon the acquisition of Stephanie Ng & Associates, the search firm she founded in 1997.

Stephanie specializes in and has successfully completed searches for most senior roles, including CEOs, COOs, senior/vice presidents, managing directors, general managers, CFOs, heads of business units, heads of sales/channels, heads of human resources, executives and senior management in the Asia Pacific, Greater China, and Japan region.

Prior to entering the Search profession, Stephanie has 15 years of experience in the global technology business including managing the Greater China region of IBM/Lotus Consulting, and holding various positions in EDS, NCR and Wang.  Her Asia Pacific expertise, gained from managing and holding regional positions with renowned multinational corporations, enables her to recruit leaders with vision and unique competencies that need to grow and coordinate the activities in worldwide enterprises.

Stephanie also has experience as the Head of IT of a retail and manufacturing company with stores in Asia and Europe, and has been working in the Regional IT department of Deutsche Bank in Asia.

Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Warwick.
